NAWRB is excited to launch the first and only earning recognition program for WOSBs within the housing ecosystem. As we celebrate these diverse sectors and merge industries into one list, we are raising awareness of leading women-owned small businesses and helping form profitable collaborations to propel women’s economic growth.
The 2017 NAWRB Top 50 WOSB Revenue Awards will be based on 2016 fiscal year revenues. The first place winner will receive a full page advertisement in NAWRB Magazine, our international publication; second place will get a half page ad; and third place a third page ad. Companies that surpassed the WOSB ceiling in their NAICS Code within the past year will also be recognized.
Calling all women-owned small businesses in the housing ecosystem, from interior designers to general contractors!
How It Works
Our WOSB rankings will be based on the gross revenue percentage of each business’s corresponding NAICS Code small business ceiling.
For example, if a bridge builder ($36.5 million ceiling), accountant ($20.5 million ceiling), roofing contractor ($15.0 million ceiling) and real estate broker ($7.5 million ceiling) all enter with equal yearly revenues of $6.75 million, the awards would be distributed as follows:
- 1st Place – Real Estate Broker
- 2nd Place – Roofing Contractor
- 3rd Place – Accountant
- 4th Place – Bridge Builder
