NAWRB’s Women’s Homeowndership Initiative & Calendar
NAWRB’s National Women’s Homeownership Initiative (WHI) is committed to increasing women’s homeownership throughout the country. As women make advancements in our workforce, it is imperative to strengthen their growth with strong economic foundations. As more women achieve homeownership, they will secure their progress and thus pave the way for future generations while lowering the number of women living below the poverty level.
The NAWRB WHI will offer and advocate for:
- Better data collection concerning women’s homeownership
- Special lending programs to increase conversion rate for women homebuyers
- Training on and access to financial literacy and loan qualifications

NAWRB’s Legislative Symposium will ahve interactive discussions on central issues and developments within the housing industry by uniting C-suite executives with government officials from entities like the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), U.S. Census Council (NWBC), Office of the Ombudsman, Small Business Administration (SBA) and the SBA Office of Advocacy.
