Charmane Sellers served in the United States Air Force for four years and was one of few women who worked in Avionics
on the male-dominated flight line. She transitioned in to civilian life and launched the next phase of her life where she had
a full career in state and city government in the areas of public policy, community development and contract compliance.
However, Charmane always had a dream of starting her own company, and was fascinated by building structures. She
wanted a business that would leave a legacy of quality, workmanship and service to others.

As President and Chief Executive Officer of ALEON Properties, Inc. (API) a construction and training services, Charmane’s primary responsibilities are overall company operations management, creation strategic plans to increase business profitability and sustain company growth. She also develops strategic relationships with financial, governmental and educational entities to further increase company business opportunities.
