Latest NewsNAWRB Celebrating One-Year Anniversary at Five Star ConferenceThe National Association of Women REO Brokerages is excited to mark its upcoming one-year anniversary at the Five Star Conference in Dallas, Texas September 18-22. NAWRB will be headquartered at booth #307 for the conference. In celebration, NAWRB will also be hosting an off-site members-only dinner meeting featuring a special guest speaker. Melissa founded her brokerage, Titan Real Estate Services, in 2004 after serving over 9 years in the REO and Distressed Services Industry. Currently, Titan Real Estate serves the greater Seattle, Washington area as a certified Women and Minority Owned Business. Born in Manila, Philippines, she graduated with a Masters Degree in Business Administration, defending her thesis in the 9th month of her pregnancy with her youngest child. With the downfall of the Marcos Regime, Melissa was able to move her family to the United States to make a better life, carrying only a single suitcase with them. With Melissa’s children now fully grown, she finds much pride in their accomplishments; her son John is nominated as Rookie of the Year with the Dallas Police Department, her oldest daughter Andrea is an IT Specialist for Everett Community College, her second daughter Rachel, is an accomplished chef and food stylist, and her youngest daughter Anna works with UC Berkeley Labs and is a graduate student at Georgetown University. Titan Real Estate has grown significantly in the last few years, servicing the needs to third party asset management and relocation companies.
