NAWRB created the following statements to succinctly communicate the organization’s beliefs,
standards and future aspirations. All works are created using the guidance of these ideals.
Mission Statement
NAWRB strives to improve and uplift Women REO Businesses to premier standards by facilitating
the exchange of valuable experience and knowledge between its members, utilizing available
network connections, supporting and developing community improvements, and assisting fellow
Women Owned Businesses in their endeavors.
Vision Statement
NAWRB envisions diversifying the distribution of properties while directly contributing to
the prevalence of Women Owned REO Businesses in the future.
Values Statement
The organization considers the complex emotional, physical and financial demands that victims
face in the reality of financial and personal hardship, and will continue to empathize with
clients while effectively providing resolutions to these circumstances.
Code of Ethics
The National Association of Women REO Brokerages maintains stringent requirements of all members.
The organization only chooses to represent the best Women Owned Businesses, and has established a
Code of Ethics to communicate the expectations of NAWRB to its members.
Competency
NAWRB Member Businesses will uphold the reputation of NAWRB and its members by exhibiting the
aptitude to complete every Distressed process from beginning to end with accuracy, timeliness
and professionalism.
Confidentiality
Members will conduct all NAWRB-related business with concentrated discretion and will conscientiously
refuse any behavior that would breach the privacy of this organization and it collective members,
such as sharing NAWRB-published documentation or divulging any confidential information, unless
permitted otherwise.
Courteousness
NAWRB Member Businesses will treat contracts with honesty and integrity and will justly deal with
every presented issue. NAWRB will not allow disrespectfulness in any situation and will actively
investigate all accusations of harassment or unprofessional behavior.
Compassion
NAWRB’s Women Distressed Businesses are aware of the grand scale of emotional, physical and financial
conditions clients will inevitably face during any Distressed processes. Our members promise to
proactively care for woeful clients’ circumstances by offering educated, yet sympathetic solutions
to their delicate issues.
Diligence
Members of the organization vow to meet client expectations through meticulous procedures of every
Distressed process from start to finish.
Originality
While NAWRB encourages its members to collaborate with one another to enhance the vocations of Women
Owned Businesses, it is imperative to practice all commerce in accordance with copyright laws and
other applicable regulations.
