Community Enhancement

The non-profit NAWRB Community Enhancement program is dedicated to giving back to communities strongly affected by high rates of foreclosure. Though the Distressed Services industry has experienced a surge in recent years, NAWRB members understand the impact foreclosures and economic hardships have on residential communities. The NAWRB Community Enhancement program is designed to help distressed neighborhoods maintain integral public spaces, such as parks and community centers, which often fall into disrepair due to limited resources.

The Program strives to assist families living near deteriorating parks and public spaces by redressing the neglect often left in the wake of economic recession. By instituting the Community Enhancement program, NAWRB hopes to restore the quality of life once enjoyed in these communities, and offer tangible support for the improvement of infrastructure and desirability of these areas as home-buyer destinations.

Still in its genesis phase, the NAWRB Community Enhancement program has already impacted a number of communities in the Southern California area near NAWRB headquarters located in Irvine, California. As membership increases, the NAWRB Community Enhancement program will soon boast a nation-wide scope with member input guiding program donations.

NAWRB is actively pursuing the procurement of government contract opportunities and is committed to allocating a portion of each and every home sale to the Community Enhancement program. Additionally, the NAWRB Community Enhancement program is looking to banks, financial institutions and government entities to match NAWRB’s contribution dollar for dollar to assist in neighborhood stabilization.

At this time, there are more communities in need than current funds available. NAWRB is interested in partnering with companies eager to make an impact in the communities we serve.

If you are interested in making a tax deductable charitable donation you may contact our NAWRB Community Enhancement coordinator, Cade Holleman, at Cade.Holleman@nawrb.com or at (949) 559-9800 ext. 120.
