• Contracting Access – Most small- and mid-sized minority and woman owned businesses are precluded from competing as Prime and Sub Contractors based on geographic, technical, size or capability constraints. NAWRB offers your business the ability to fill those gaps and meet contracting requirements through our teaming approach to contract procurement. • NAWRB Community Enhancement – NAWRB’s non-profit initiative is actively improving parks and public spaces in neighborhoods with high rates of foreclosure and vacancy. NAWRB Community Enhancement works to create leadership opportunities through the “Outstanding Young Woman Award” and reinvigorates deserving communities.
• NAWRBCityServ – NAWRBCityServ is an online service database of property information linking local municipalities, property owners, mortgagors, and loan servicers to facilitate maintenance and code compliance of troubled properties. NAWRBCityServ has established a platform for catching troubled properties and saving those ear-marked for demolition. In the case of troubled properties, NAWRBCityServ will locate and connect all interested parties and facilitate getting the property up to code compliance. Investors, charitable organizations and local homeowners would have access to view these properties and facilitate saving a valuable asset.
