Every day, including the first day of the year, is an opportunity to make a change and create a new you. NAWRB commends you on your new year’s resolutions and encourages you to stick with them.

New Year’s Resolution Facts:

  • 45 percent of Americans make new year’s resolutions
  • Top 5 resolutions are: lose weight, get organized, spend less and save more, stay fit and healthy, quit smoking
  • 75 percent of resolutions make it one week, 64 percent get to four weeks, and 46 percent of resolutions make it to 26 weeks

Creating realistic goals and working toward them on a day-to-day basis, making a point to celebrate the small successes, will prevent you from becoming discouraged and help you stay on track. Much like in your career, dedication, time and investment will transform your new year’s resolutions into triumphs.
